Position Purpose:The Assistant General Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership and support for all operational areas within a highly complex, high volume 100,000 square foot Bulk Deployment Center (BDC). Reporting to the AGM will be the Operations Managers for inbound, Order Processing, and Outbound functions. The AGM will partner with the General Manager and all BDC leadership team members to develop and cascade the BDC’s vision, mission, and operational strategies to ensure the achievement of all key performance objectives. The AGM is responsible for building a high performance work culture that consistently delivers exceptional customer service in a safe and efficient manner. The AGM will play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement by actively engaging our teams at all levels to identify and implement improvement opportunities in the areas of people, service, and cost.
