THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Bowling Alley Manager, the Bowling Alley Attendant monitors the facility, ensures the alleys are ready for use and schedules the use of the facility. They will perform routine maintenance and safety inspections; monitors equipment returns and ensures the cleanliness of the facility. They will also be responsible for completing all accident reports, taking food and beverage orders, collecting fees and preparing cash deposits.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario (18 years old)
Experience
In cash handling
In providing customer service
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential, Bilingual an asset
