If you said yes, look no further; we have an excellent opportunity for you within the friendly and dynamic team of Nordia Moncton We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives who will assist the clients of Canada’s largest telecommunication company regarding their prepaid services and offer them first-level technical support.

Here’s what your day will look like: In this role, you will: Provide direct support to clients regarding their mobile products and services; Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing solutions adapted to the problems expressed; Promote complementary solutions according to customer’s needs and habits.

Here’s what you need to join the team Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment; Excellent communication skills, oral and written; High school diploma or the equivalent, completed; Bilingualism, an asset; Ability to work in a computerized environment; Availability to work in the following time-slots: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 am; Saturday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm; Sunday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm; You must be able to work from home (an asset).
