Position Management Advisor

Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS

This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted August 2, 2022.

THE ROLE

Key Deliverables:

  • Establish an organizational wide framework for position management within CFMWS including policy and procedures.
  • Develop position management process including actuals, forecasting, approvals, reporting, oversight and governance.
  • Facilitate regular organizational and divisional position reviews.
  • Develop KPI and metrics to support position management.

Expertise Required:

  • Experience in position management practices
  • Enterprise Process Design including needs analysis
  • Business analysis and data analytics

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, AND several years of experience in human resources, project management or a related field

  • In industry related procedures
  • In program design and management
  • In project management
  • In conducting research and analysis
  • In preparing and developing reports
  • In maintaining data integrity
  • In developing and conducting communication plans and presentations
  • In providing guidance, information and advice
  • In interpreting and applying of program related regulations, legislation, requirements and/or relevant code
  • In developing, drafting, editing, applying, evaluating, interpreting and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures

Competencies, Skills and Abilities

Bilingual Essential

Reading: Advanced

Writing: Functional
