We need a Sr.

SalesLogix Admin to support our Sales teams in achieving their strategic and annual goals and supporting the existing implementations of Salesforce.com.

This role will be responsible for design, configuration, and testing.

It will also work closely with the corporate IT team for support.

This position requires global collaboration with contact center subject matter experts, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Drive the continuous improvement of the CRM Service platform
– Continuously review the current performance of the platform
– Continuously monitor the platform KPIs
– Identify and implement corrective actions
– Optimize SalesLogix including but not limited to workflow, report formulas, approval processes, fields, dashboards, and alerts Ensure the quality of the services
– Execute the quality assurance testing for new releases and Honeywell enhancements
– Coordinate and participate in the User Acceptance Testing of all changes Communication
– Ensure internal stakeholders needs/expectations are met and promote transparency through effective communications
– Regular communication with Honeywell SalesLogix support team for all changes and support tickets Agile and Waterfall Projects
– Participate in the development of user stories
– Design solutions
– Apply and test configuration changes
– Create detailed conduct training sessions for users of all Salesforce experience levels User administration
– Help to troubleshoot and resolving user problems
