THE ROLE
Under the director of the Director IM/IT Business Services, the Solution Architect is a hands on individual focused on the technology. The Solution Architect understands business objectives and plans, designs, manages, and ensures technical integrity and consistency of the system/solution/product throughout every stage of its lifecycle to meet the business goals. You will be:
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or in a related field, AND some years of experience in technical architecture, application architecture, solution architecture or in a related field
Demonstrated understanding of industry standards, architecture frameworks and methodologies including TOGAF, Zachman, Federal Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
Certifications in TOGAF, IASA (IT Architect) or Azure Cloud, an asset
Experience
Five (5) + years of experience in Solution Architecture with demonstrated expertise in one or more architecture domains such as business, information/data, application/integration, technology/cloud, security including the following specific experience:

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset
Reading: Advanced
Writing: Functional
Oral: Advanced
