The Senior Manager, IM/IT Operations will be the Project Director responsible for Cyber and Network projects within the Information Technology Operations team. They will be responsible in the delivery of project objectives working closely with the project manager to ensure that scope, schedule, and budget are monitored and managed. They establish the vision and drive the definition of the Organization’s core Information Technology (IT) systems and initiatives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. They will lead IM/IT Operations project initiatives and provide strategic advice to senior management to ensure solutions align with best practices, and the IS Divisions objectives. They lead activities associated with the various projects including concept definition through requirements analysis, design and implementation. In addition, they review budget proposals and make recommendation for subsequent budget changes where necessary.


Education, Certifications and Licenses

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field AND several years of experience in information management and information technology or a related field

  • In developing requirements for core IM/IT systems
  • In managing stakeholders and third-party providers
  • In delivering distributed IM/IT systems
  • In negotiating and managing contracts for IM/IT services

  • In project management methodologies and frameworks
  • In working with virtual teams
  • In resource management
  • In Request for Proposal (RFP) development and execution
  • In personnel administration
  • In budget administration

Bilingual or French Essential, Bilingual an asset
