What does a typical day look like for a Store Manager?

  • Ensuring the achievement of the sales objectives of the store;
  • Assuming the management of activities related to the operation of the store;
  • Establishing and ensuring the application of standards, procedures and programs established by the marketing department;
  • Ensuring rigor to the New Look sales protocol;
  • Providing customer service in line with the standards established by New Look and respond to customer requests and problems;
  • Ensuring the professional development of the staff of the store;
  • Planning, directing and evaluating the activities of a retail establishment in the field of optics;

  • Do you have experience with customer service and are you looking for a stimulating challenge?
