THE ROLE
Under the supervision of Travel Services Manager, they action the TravelXpert claim for travelers. They book, confirm and record all flight through AMEX for NPF personnel. They book, confirm and record hotel/accommodation reservations for NPF personnel. They ensure accurate file management and reporting. They assist with set up of accommodation for participants, facilities, catering, special needs requirements, audio-visual equipment for national, regional or divisional conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High school diploma AND several years of experience in Tourism and Travel
AND
Certification with the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors, an asset
Experience
In organizing and planning for travel services
In providing travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation
In office administration
In maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
In data-entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential. Bilingual an asset
Reading: Functional Level
Writing: Functional Level
Oral: Functional Level

Salary: 19.65-27.15
